Information the site receives

The contact form asks for first name, last name, park or business name, email address, phone number, state, an optional renewal date, and a message. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or payment information, passwords, medical information, or complete policy files through this form.

The current site does not create a visitor account or provide a user dashboard. The form sends the submitted fields to the site's contact endpoint. The endpoint validates the fields and, when the email service is configured and accepts the message, sends the message to campgrounds@thesouthernagency.com with the sender's email as the reply-to address.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, including clicks to start a coverage review. Google Analytics may collect browser, device, page, and usage information and use cookies for measurement. The external quote portal may have its own privacy practices.

How information is used

Information sent through the contact form is used to read and respond to the inquiry, discuss whether a coverage review is appropriate, and route the message to the agency's team. A request for information is not an application, quote, binder, policy change, or claim decision. The site may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a lawful request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or the agency. Retention

The website code does not define a retention period for contact messages. Once a message is delivered to email or another operational provider, copies may remain in those systems according to the agency's and providers' practices, legal duties, and ordinary business needs.
